Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, title work and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee office budgeting and expense tracking
- Assist with training and development of new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency
- Manage office equipment
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
